I contacted Tim (and Adam) regarding some emergency plumbing work that needed to be done to accommodate a slab pour the following week.... read more shortly after the initial call Tim returned with another call to confirm when he could inspect the job in hamersley and when we could have the job booked in and completed. Tim and Adam were very punctual, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in their profession and construction in general. they were even able to give some good advice and tips with how we could approach our reno and some challenges they identified when visiting the site. small things like updates with Tims ETA, update call during the job when an old soakwell was found, courtesy emails from Margarette, and modern systems in place to make payment etc simple ,really goes a long way. thanks houseworks plumbing and gas, we are very happy with the service and will definitely be utilizing the membership.
