Paul Stafford12 months ago

Happy with the service we received from Tim and his team. The new basin tap set we had them install didn’t stop the dripping tap issue that led to us calling on them. The taps were 40+yrs old and needed replacing anyway. However, when we asked for it to be checked, Tim turned up promptly. As it happens, it turned out that the issue was not a plumbing one but an issue with water quality. Grit was being captured under the tap washer. It appears to have since resolved itself. Tim clearly stands behind his work and did all we could ask of him. Recommended.

We’ve had a working relationship with Tim at Houseworks Plumbing and Gas for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Tim and his team are always quick to respond and book jobs, often arriving sooner than expected. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they’re consistently friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger project, the quality of work has always been reliable and high-standard. It’s a pleasure working with a team that’s both dependable and genuinely great to deal with. Highly recommend Houseworks Plumbing and Gas!

Extremely efficient service. Tim and his team removed a septic and two huge soakwells, patched up and installed four new soakwells to connect to existing down pipes. No overcharging even with extra small jobs to do and advise given along the way. Tim came recommended from our surveyor and we have used him 3 times now. Can highly recommend

As always, Tim turned up when he said he would, surveyed what the issue was and provided potential solutions and the probable costs of those solutions so that I understood the best and worse possible outcomes. Couldn't ask for any more than that.
