Happy with the service we received from Tim and his team. The new basin tap set we had them install didn’t stop the dripping tap issue that led to us calling on them. The taps were 40+yrs old and needed replacing anyway. However, when we asked for it to be checked, Tim turned up promptly. As it happens, it turned out that the issue was not a plumbing one but an issue with water quality. Grit was being captured under the tap washer. It appears to have since resolved itself. Tim clearly stands behind his work and did all we could ask of him. Recommended.

Extremely efficient service. Tim and his team removed a septic and two huge soakwells, patched up and installed four new soakwells to connect to existing down pipes.
